Victor Enrich no es un artista al uso, creo que se podría definir como un artesano de la imagen, muy centrado en la imagen de arquitectura, sus creaciones parten de modelos reales a los que deconstruye y reconstruye a su antojo, con paciencia infinita. Podéis echar un vistazo a sus creaciones en su web www.victorenrich.com y, además, disfrutar parte de su obra en vivo durante el mes de Mayo en en la galeria Palau de Casavells, cerca de Girona, España y en el Museo Nacional de Fotografía de Bogotà, en Colombia.

Victor Enrich is not a common artist, I think he can be defined as an artisan of the image, mainly focused on architectural subjects, his creations come from real models that are deconstructed and rebuilt again following his impulses, with infinite patience. You can have a look at this work in his web www.victorenrich.com and, as a plus, during May there are a couple of live exhibitions in the gallery Palau de Casavells, close to Girona, Spain and I the Museo Nacional de Fotografía de Bogotà, in Colombia.

Llenar el cuadro…/ Fill the frame..
Una de las técnicas composición, quizás menos conocida, es llenar el cuadro. Algunas veces las fotografías nos quedan lejanas, distantes, vemos el motivo, lo entendemos, pero al hacer la foto no transmitimos lo que sentimos….a veces el secreto está en acercarse más. Este es un pequeño experimento. Paseando por el puerto en Santa Pola me llamó la atención el montón de trampas para langostas y este es el resultado….
One of the composition techniques, perhaps non well known, is filling the frame. Sometimes the pictures are seen distant, away, we see the subject, we actually understand it, but when we take the picture, we are not able to communicate what we feel…..often, the tip is to get closer. This is an small test. Walking around the Port, in Santa Pola, a pile of lobster traps call my attention, and this is the result…
